Billing and collection of rates and service charges, and revenue enhancement.
Expenditure
Management of payments, creditors and expenditure control.
Budgeting
Preparation, monitoring and management of the municipal budget.
Accounting & Reporting
Financial accounting and statutory financial reporting.
Assets & Risks
Asset management and financial risk management.
Supply Chain Management
Procurement and supply chain management in line with policy.
