Notice is hereby given that in terms of Chapter 4 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act No.(32 of 200) and Section 21 of the Municipal Finance Management Act No. (56 of 2003) that the reviewed IDP/Budget for 2013/14 that the Emalahleni are proceeding on an outreach program on the IDP review on the dates and places as set out in the schedule below.
