Annual review and amendment of Integrated Development Plan/Budget
Section 29 (a) (i) & (ii) of the Municipal Systems Act requires Municipalities to follow a prescribed process to draft its Integrated Development Plan including its consideration and adoption of the draft plan and allow for Local communities to be consulted on its development needs and priorities and ensure a participation of communities in the drafting of the Integrated Development Plan (IDP).
