Dr S.W Vatala the Municipal Manager as cordially instructed by the Speaker Councillor Dumisa Kalolo give notice in terms of section 19(B) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 32 OF 2000 as amended, that an eight special council meeting for the 2012/13 financial year of the Emalahleni Municipal council is scheduled to take place ON THURSDAY, 30TH MAY 2013 AT 10H00 IN ZWARTWATER COMMUNITY HALL, FOR THE ADOPTION OF THE IDP AND BUDGET FOR THE 2013/2014 FINANCIAL YEAR. Members of the public and of the media are invited to attend this meeting.
