MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR DRIVING AND LEARNERS LICENCE
- Valid South African identity document
- Copy of an ID
- Proof of residence
- 17 years and above for code 2 learners licence and code B driving licence
- 18 years and above for code 3 learners licence and C, C1, EC1 & EC
- Prescribed fee as determined by the MEC of Transport.
